At Maroba we welcome your feedback. We have a firm commitment to continuous improvement and your feedback is an integral part of this process. Please contact Maroba in the first instance should you have a complaint and be assured that every effort will be taken to work with you in finding a solution. "Have Your Say" forms are available in foyer areas of both low and high care facilities. Should you find you are not satisifed with our response, other avenues are open to you including the Aged Care Complaints Scheme http://agedcarecomplaints.govspace.gov.au/ or Call 1800 550 552.
