Maroba also offers respite care. It may be that you’re recovering from an illness and can’t be home alone or you’re grieving and need to be with others. Whatever the reason, we’d love you to come and stay for a bit.

Our staff are fully qualified in what they do with up-to-date training.

All care assistants at Maroba Lodge hold a Certificate lll in Aged Care or equivalent, and we encourage everyone to keep up with the latest developments in aged care and specilaised services.

However, the most important characteristics our employees give our residents are empathy and a warm heart so our residents flourish in their care.

“I want to take this opportunity to congratulate you and your team at Maroba for the wonderful service you provide to the resident and their families at your facility.

My father-in-law, Alan Smee has lived in the Lodge for approximately 1.5 years now and we have never had one thing we have needed to address or complain about in that whole time. I hope you convey to your team how happy this makes us, our lives have been able to continue without any added stress or worries knowing that our loved one is being treated with the utmost respect and dignity that he deserves.

Your facility is always lovely and clean, smells lovely, and the staff are pleasant and friendly regardless of the day or time that we visit.

This does not just apply to the nursing staff, we have also found, the cleaners, cooks and handyman equally as pleasant, friendly and appear happy in their job. The thing that has impressed us the most is how caring towards the residents the nursing staff are.

This does not just apply to the nursing staff, we have also found, the cleaners, cooks and handyman equally as pleasant, friendly and appear happy in their job.

However you manage to instil in your staff the standard of work that is required please keep it up as they are doing a phenomenal job.”
