Residential Feedback on quality of care
The Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety have commissioned a survey to find out about what is good and what is not so good about how aged care facilities are providing care to residents.
Maroba has been selected to participate in this research study.
Interviewers will be on site Monday 16th and Thursday 19th March from 9am and will interview 12 residents at random. Participation is voluntary and confidential and the information will not be shared with Maroba.
If residents agree to participate, the interview will last about 60 minutes and will be conducted in their room at a time convenient to them. Residents will be asked about their quality of life, feedback about care, and overall satisfaction with care.
More information can be found at Reception, on main noticeboards in The Lodge and The Manor or you can download information here
