Our accommodation

Maroba provide a range of aged care accommodation options for residents. The choice of aged care accommodation is a combination of suitability, availability and personal preference.

The Manor

The Manor has 61 single suites and 18 double suites, including accommodation for people living with dementia. This modern airconditioned two story building has a reception area, 10 outdoor spaces (two with gardens), 4 dining rooms, 4 activity/television rooms, gymnasium, beautician, hair salon and library.
With a North/East aspect, the rooms and common areas are light filled with an abundance of fresh air.

The Lodge

The Lodge has 43 suites, including 12 suites designed for people living with dementia. All suites are equipped with kitchenette and en-suite facilities. Most suites open up to sunny and leafy private courtyards. This lifestyle is ideal for those who need some assistance, but still want their own space.

This modern airconditioned single story building has a reception area, 4 outdoor spaces (two with gardens), 3 dining rooms, 3 activity/televisions rooms, hair salon and library.

Understanding our costs

We understand that relocating to residential aged care can be hard decision, so it is important to understand the costs and fees associated with care. This will ensure you and your family can choose the aged care facility, accommodation and payment options that best meet your needs.

There are two fees payable when entering any aged care facility – the Daily Fee and the Accommodation Payment, as outlined below:

Daily Fee

The daily fee is broken down into three sections

  • Basic Daily Fee (which is mandatory)
  • Means Tested Care Fee (Government assessable)
  • Maroba Advantage Fee (income assessed)

Accommodation

The total Accommodation Payment amount will vary depending on the suite you select and the payment method you choose from R.A.D, D.A.P, or a combination of both.
