As part of our commitment to providing excellent care and enhancing the lifestyle of our residents and clients, Maroba recognises the importance of feedback as valuable and a unique source of information essential for continuous improvement.
We value feedback and encourage anyone to provide us with suggestions, compliments, concerns, or complaints. Your feedback could make us aware of issues that we don’t know about. We take all feedback seriously and want to understand how we can best deliver care and services to residents.
How to provide feedback:
- in person to staff including RNs, reception, Senior Leadership and the Executive Leadership Team
- paper feedback forms, information and boxes are located at the entrance to The Manor, The Lodge and in each suburb at the nurse’s station. Feedback boxes are emptied once a week by staff and followed up with immediately
- by phone – call (02) 4935 0300
- Completing the Feedback Form on-line here
- By emailing your suggestion, compliment, concern or complaint in confidence to feedback@maroba.com.au
