Dear Maroba community,
We would like to inform you of roadworks (bitumen replacement) taking place from the entrance to Maroba (Myall Road) through to the pedestrian crossing. These works will cause some disruption with traffic flow from Monday 13th April 2026 until Monday 20th April 2026.
On Monday 13th of April access to the Myall Road entry and first car park will be blocked off to undergo necessary roadworks. The roadworks will be completed in one day however the area will not be available for parking until Monday 20th April 2026.
After 3pm on Monday 13th April until Monday 20th April, the area will be accessible for flow through traffic only.
We ask, if possible, that you delay your visit on Monday 13th until after 3pm. If however, there are special circumstances where you need to access the front of the building (eg taking a resident to a medical appointment) please let reception know the details and we will look at alternative arrangements.
Parking during the week will be constrained especially during the day, so visitors are kindly asked to utilise on-street parking where possible or plan alternate transportation arrangements for their visit (such as pickup and drop off).
